For quick & easy returns, log into your customer account to initiate a return and print a label.
For exchanges, please contact support@wearlovemore.com for expedited service and to honor any initial purchase discounts.
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items in original new condition with the tags still attached within *15 days of their delivery date. Please reach out to customer service via our online forms or chat box within that time frame. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of provided return shipping label. Once your return has been scanned in or dropped off and confirmed, we will either process your refund to your original payment method. Please note a return label shipping fee of $8.99 will be deducted from refunded orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track your stuff. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own.
Any items placed with a discount of 40% or higher are FINAL SALE. We can not make exceptions.
Any items priced with ".99" are considered FINAL SALE.
FINAL SALE Items cannot be exchanged unless the item is deemed faulty or there was an error in fulfillment.
All on demand or personalized items are considered FINAL SALE. Please review size chart information or contact us to answer any questions you may have prior to purchase. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly fix.
We do not make exceptions to our return policy, even if you call.
Final sale info :We understand that final sale purchases can be frustrating. However, please know that pricing on final sale items are below cost and discounting this low is rare. Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non refundable as provided services, but will be credited for size exchanges. Any questions on fit or sizing to insure you find your best fit should be directed to support@wearlovemore.com
Gifts with purchase: In the event you received a gifted item with an order that you'd like to return, you are generally expected to return the gift in new condition as well.
